Applications
This machine is used for production of bi-component filament such as conjugated, side-by-side ,sheath-core, fragment and sea-island POY/FDY or profiled, round mono-component POY/FDY from polyester, polyamide, polypropylene and their modified polymer.
FEATURES
● Two extruders of JK81 type, extruding, melting component A and B individually. 
● Combined spin beam of dual structures with individual temperature control of two  components A and B. 
● Bottom-mounted cylindrical composite spin packs with excellent "chimney effect" prevention accommodating various bi-component spinnerets.
● Two sets of dowtherm heating system heating component A and B individually.
● Matched with BWA auto winders with lower ADF and good package formation.
