Applicatins：
Used for 55-110 dtex/96-192f(0.5≤DTY dpf ≤1.0) POYspinning.
Main Characteristics：
●JK81seriallzed extruder with LTM pin screw and A.C.
Inverter drive & adopting direct spinning process.
●Short melt residual time, energy saving spin beam without
dead comers in melt pipes. Manifold with static mixer and
bottom mounted spin pack with good mixing.
●Large spinneret with capillaries suitable for fine denier fiber.
●Annealer shortening the length of “delaying height”, adjustable
oil spray device imported oil jet, yam guide and finish oil pump.
●Uniform and stable air blow of quenching chamber.
●Double HTM heating system enabling slightly higher
temperature in spin pack than that in melt pipes and CPF to
reduce the viscosity drop of melt, which is good for spinning.
●Tension adjustable between first and second cold godets.
●Manual or automatic winders.
